 How much is shipping?

 
- For Standard Domestic U.S. shipments we charge a flat rate of $8.
 
- For our Speedy Domestic U.S. shipments we charge a flat rate of $15.
 
- Free Speedy Shipping on Domestic U.S. shipments over $75USD.
 
- For International shipments the price varies depending on destination country.
 
 

How do I track my order?

 
You will receive an email with the tracking number once the fulfillment process has started. You can also track your order through your account by navigating to your order page, and viewing order status. If you checked out as a guest please email our customer service to receive the current status of your order.
  

How long does tracking to update?

 
For all order please allow 2 business days for tracking to update once order is placed.
*All orders placed after 5PM EST count as the next days orders.
  
 

Why does my tacking show "shipping label created, awaiting item"?

 
Please allow 1 to 2 business days, after receiving your shipping email, for your tracking to update. If tracking has not updated in 2 business days please email our customer service email, so we can look into your order.
 
 

What are your shipping options? 

 
-Standard Domestic Shipping: Processing takes 3-4 business days & shipping takes 3-7 days.
 
- Speedy Domestic Shipping: Processing takes 1-2 business days & shipping takes 2-4 days.
 
 

How do I receive the Free Speedy Shipping?

 
Your cart total must be $75USD or over before tax.

Can I expedite my order?

 
Yes, by selecting our Speedy Shipping option you will be able to expedite the shipment process. It cost $15USD, and can be added to any domestic orders. 
 
 

Do you offer same day shipping?

 
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer same day shipping at the moment. 
 
 

What happens if my order gets delivered back to your warehouse because of an incorrect or insufficient address?

 
Orders delivered back to us because the address was incorrect will be refunded in the from of store credit minus the price originally paid for shipping. If you email us and let us know about the messed up address before you get reimbursed we will be able to update the address and get you a new package sent out ASAP.
